I had another friend have a birthday. I love birthdays because it gives me an excuce to make cakes. This is a chocolate cheese cake that turned out nice. I used this cake to practice making suger lillies for a wedding cake I will be doing soon. My daughter Kimber helped me with the rose border. Thanks Kimb.

Oh, Pollyanna, I LOVE those Calla Lillies! And I've never seen a cheesecake decorated like that before. It looks so pretty I would have a hard time cutting into it if it were mine, although I think that somehow I would manage!
